What we ask of you.

Greybook works because every listing is genuinely off-market and every agent is vetted. That requires a few commitments:

Off-market only

If a property is listed on Rightmove, Zoopla, or any public portal, it cannot be on Greybook. We check. Dual-listed properties are removed.

Under £2M

Greybook serves the £100k–£2M commercial segment specifically. Properties above this price point are not accepted.

Quality listings

Every listing is reviewed. Incomplete information, misleading descriptions, or non-commercial properties are rejected. Your 5 slots are premium shelf space — treat them accordingly.

Respond to matches

When a verified investor matches with your stock, respond. The platform works on responsiveness. Agents who consistently ignore matches reduce the network quality for everyone.
